Free Health Camp at Belkotgadi
Saturday morning of March 23th, 2024, a convoy of doctors, guided by the esteemed expertise of Prof. Dr. Anil Kumar Jha along with Dr. Bijay Shrestha, Dr. Smita Joshi, and Dr. Suchana Marahatta, also with them were devoted cohort of nurses, administrative coordinators, and well-wishers of DISHARC, convened with solemn purpose for a health camp at Shree Belkot Bhanjang Secondary School, Belkotgadhi-1, Nuwakot. Tucked away in the mountain’s embrace, a tranquil sanctuary awaited their arrival, perched on the outskirts of Kathmandu Valley, some 30 kilometers distant from its bustling core. Their jeeps rattled along the mountain roads, laden with supplies and the collective hope of a community, ready to bring healing to the highlands.
